Speed and incline controls have been installed in the handlebars so that you can adjust the rate of your workout without losing momentum. Hand pulse sensors are conveniently mounted on the handlebars to keep you in your training zone. A heart rate chest strap is included to help you achieve your optimum calorie burn and maintain a healthy, safe pace.

XTRASOFT technology provides maximum impact absorption, minimizing the stress on your joints and providing a more comfortable workout. Accessory holders are integrated into the console to conveniently hold your water bottle, portable music player, remote control, phone and more. When your workout is complete simply use the Lift Assist folding technology and transport wheels for easy storage.
