• 16.5” Large Cuff: Larger Cuff suits for circumferences from 8.7 inches to 16.5 inches. Wide-Range D-Ring contoured cuff wraps the arm for a more comfortable measurement.

• Calm Down and Star Measuring: Sit for five minutes in a comfortable position with your legs and ankles uncrossed and your back supported against a chair. Try to be calm and don’t talk while taking your blood pressure.
