All feathers vary in shape, size and slight color variations and your order will be unique. The feathers are 8″-12″ These are mixes of thin and thick feathers so they blend nicely in the hair. You can curl and straighten them on low heat -They are easy to apply to hair using a micro link hair crimp, threader and pliers (not included). -They will last 1-6 months. Once they grow out you can easily remove them and reapply back into your hair. Do-it-yourself Installation Instructions: To apply extension to hair, part hair in the area you wish to apply the extension. Flip the top half of the hair over your head and secure with a hair clip. Now take a small section of hair (15-20 strands) and apply a small amount of water. Once the hair is wet, twist the hair to bring all the strands together nicely. Now, slip on the micro link on the end of your hair and slide it all the way up to the root of the hair. Once the micro link is in place, slip the end of the feather into the micro link. You should be able to fit at least five feathers. Once you have the feather placed, make sure a small amount of the feather is sticking out the top of the micro link. Take a pair of pliers (not sold with purchase) and clamp down on the link. You have now completed the installation of the extension!
