• BREWING/ Steeping Instructions: Hot: Use 3.5 g of Khao Doi tea, add 200-230 ml of water with a temperature of 100 degree Celsius. Leave it for 4 minutes. This is adjustable according to your preference. Cold Brew: Use 20 g of Khao Doi Tea, with 1,000 of water and leave it to chill in the fridge for 45 minutes.
