Hold the sphere 1 cm below the equator (the position of the silver line) with the thumb and index finger of both hands, and move the sphere to 5 cm directly above the base.
Place it vertically from above, support the little finger and the outer edge of the palm on the base, move the ball back and forth, left and right, feel and find the center point of the force in all directions.
