- Can be use comfort for your younger kids for minor colds, bruise and scrapes.
- For Cold use, store in a freezer. May left in a freezer until is ready for use
- For Hot use, microwave for 10seconds, if more heat is required heat in 5 seconds increment with 30 seconds in between.
