• Deep penetrating 100% breathable water repellent for vertical and horizontal, interior and exterior, concrete and masonry surfaces
• Does not alter surface appearance – leaves no surface film, no sheen, and will not yellow
• Covers up to 200 sq. ft. / gallon depending on surface porosity
• At least 2 flood coats are needed – additional coats may be needed depending on surface porosity or if applying with a roller
