- The hot eye mask provides hot therapy if microwaved
- If your microwave is 700 wattage, microwave it in 20 sec., 15 sec. and 10 sec
- COLD THERAPY TREATMENT
- Place the ice eye mask in freezer for 1.5-2 hours for the first time use
- For repeat use, place eye pack in freezer for 30 minutes
- The eye ice pack is easily cleaned by hand with mild soap and water
- We recommend you to use our hot cold pack only 15 to 20 minutes at a time.
