The beans for our Mexico Organic coffee come from a single estate located on the western slopes of the Sierra Madre range near Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. The area’s 4,000-foot elevation and red clay-based soil make for near-ideal growing conditions. The Arabica burbon variety grown on the estate produces a delicate, yet refined flavor. The fully washed, fermented, and sundried beans are carefully processed with the latest ecological and processing technology available prior to export.
