Enjoy its sweet, balsamic scent and bitter/spicy bite in gravies and grain dishes, with beans and meats, and in cooking blends like bouquet garni. Frontier Co-op Bay Leaf has an earthy, balsamic flavor and aroma for enhancing soups, gravies, Mediterranean dishes and more. Our bulk bay leaf is kosher certified and non-irradiated. This product is shelf-stable.
