• Use as MEDICATED VAPOUR to relieve NASAL CONGESTION (For 6 years and above) Fill a bowl with hot water (not boiling!) and add 2 teaspoonfuls of VapoRub. Let your sick loved one gently inhale the vapours to clear blocked noses and ease breathing difficulties.
