- Can be use comfort for your younger kids for minor colds, bruise and scrapes.
- For Cold use, store in a freezer. May left in a freezer until is ready for use
- For Hot use, microwave for 10seconds, if more heat is required heat in 5 seconds increment with 30 seconds in between.
- Caution. Never leave unattended in a microwave for long. And it should always feel warm and not hot before use. When washing, remove the gel pack from cover prior to washing. Wash in cold water and tumble dry on low
