Pit Boss Lonestar Brisket Barbecue Seasoning and Dry Rub, 11.5oz

• Season brisket generously with Lone Star Beef Brisket Rub. Smoke brisket at 200 degrees until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Wrap with Pit Boss Butcher Paper, raise temperature to 250 degrees and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 203 degrees.  Remove from grill, wrap and let rest for 2-3 hours.
