1.Drill a hole high and back of the fuel can

2.Put the wire through the drilled hole and out of the spout and place the valve stem

With rubber sealing ring onto the wire

3.Bend the wire slightly to keep it from sliding off wire and the wire and valve stem through from the small hole

4.Slide the second rubber sealing ring over the wire and onto the valve stem and pull the wire out of the valve stem

5.Place the steel ring and nut onto the stem and tighten with a spanner

6.Stick on the sticker and screw on the dust caps finish
