Hello! We are the Melissa’s, creators and founders of Meli’s Monster Cookies.
We have been friends, and bakers, for over 30-years. Our “aha” moment was triggered when a close family member developed a gluten intolerance. While baking monster cookies, a family recipe passed down from generation to generation, it dawned on us that this delicious cookie was naturally gluten-free. Realizing this and knowing how awesome they were, was the catalyst to share Meli’s Monster Cookies with you.
Meli’s Monster Cookie Dry Mix, Oatey Raisin, 16 oz Box
- MELI’S OATEY RAISIN FLAVOR MONSTER COOKIE MIX, a yummy combo of rolled oats with raisins and a touch of cinnamon. Fun for everyone to make! Delicious cookies that taste like they are made from scratch.
- TASTES SO GOOD, NO ONE WOULD GUESS our moist, chewy cookies are gluten-free. Rolled oats are among the healthiest grains on earth, naturally gluten free and high in fiber. We use no preservatives and no dry gluten substitutes.
- EASY TO MAKE FAMILY RECIPE passed down for four generations. Just add 1/2 cup of a nut butter or non-nut butter (we prefer peanut butter), an egg, and 4 tablespoons of butter to our Original mix. Bake for less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!
- HIGHER IN FIBER AND PROTEIN make for a better cookie. The first two ingredients in our cookies are gluten-free rolled oats and a nut butter. This differs from most other cookies on the market whose first two ingredients are flour and sugar.
- ONE BOX MAKES 16 MONSTER COOKIES. In the unlikely event the cookies don’t get eaten immediately, we like to store them in the freezer. It keeps the cookies ultra fresh and delicious for snacking later.
