Operation: 

1. First adjust the strap to a suitable length
2. Turn on the switch after putting it on, then stand or sit upright
3. After holding for 4 seconds, the sensor will vibrate
4. Record your correct posture
5. When your back is bent and bent, it will vibrate to remind you to lift your chest and raise your head
