  Q: How long till it’s fully charged?

  A: Normally, it will take about 3 hours to fully charged the wet dry car vacuum. But thanks to the feedback from some supportive customers, we find that the actual charging time may be extended if not operated right. Here are two issues mostly reported needing your attention: (1) please tap the power button to turn off the device before charging, or the charging may fail or take very long time; (2) please only use the included charger to charge the device, any incompatible charger may cause the failure or low efficiency to charge.

  Q: How long does it last on a full charge?

  A: This hand vacuum is equipped with the newest powerful 2200mAh li-ion batteries and can last for about 30min after fully charged. But please understand that work continuously for too long is not good for any electrical motor, so we suggest you to take a little break (about 1min) after about 15min work, which helps protect the motor and ensure a longer service life. And, of course please remember to ensure that your hand vacuum has been charged in the right way, or it may lead to the short battery life.

  Q: Is this good for dog hair?

   A: The handheld vacuum has a brush and a wide nozzle. The brush helps pick up human or pet hair on delicate surfaces, upholstery, draperies or other uneven surfaces. If your loved dog is experiencing shedding season and there are too much hair to clean, then try the wide nozzle to have larger contact with the hair, so as to have better effect.
