This Presto cooker sealing ring is specially designed to fit around the inside rim of the cover. It forms a pressure-tight seal between the cover and the body of the pressure cooker during cooking, helping to lock the heat inside. When installing this pressure cooker ring, simply place it into the cover in four small sections, for example, top, bottom, left and right. Work it into the groove one small section at a time until it’s fully in place. Then, place the cover on the cooker body, put one hand on the top center of the cover and push down firmly to lock it into place. Open and close the cover several times to ensure a proper fit.
