Simply makes a great product, the tangy flavor comes from the sugar’s (dextrose) natural interaction while curing. Uses Insta Cure No. 1 and stuffed into a synthetic fibrous casings of your choice. (Insta Cure No. 1 and casings sold separately). Makes 50 lbs. Recipe on package. This product contains Fermento (a Milk Product). Seasonings may clump over time, this is due to the fact that we really don’t want to add any unnecessary extra chemicals or preservatives to our seasoning formulas.
